Yes, after the software and a transcription model have been downloaded. The initial setup needs an internet connection.

Can I edit and export my transcript?

Yes. Edit individual passages, play from timestamps, and export TXT, SRT, or VTT files.

Which model should I choose?

Start with Balanced. Quick uses less memory; Precise is the larger option. Setup shows download and memory estimates before you choose.
